Best advice ever received and from whom:  My first boss Fred Davis told me: “You have five fingers on your hand, if one hurts, you take care of it first.  Your customers are like your fingers: take care of problems first; satisfy your customers and your business will grow.

Your funniest real estate story: My business partner and I were in the basement of a vacant boarded-up house in a rough neighborhood. In the pitch-black basement, he snuck up behind me and pinched my ankle. I jumped so high that I hit my head thinking a rat had bitten me I can laugh now - not so much when it happened

What most people would be surprised to know about you:  Before and during High School I was very quiet and shy.
